The SCITT training programme is only the first part of your career development with Shotton Hall SCITT. We aim to provide stimulating

and highly effective training and support during the NQT year and beyond. 

 

We guarantee to:

• alert trainees to relevant job vacancies

• provide a programme of transition leading into the ECT year during the summer term 

• provide up to date and accurate information to all employing schools to ensure they are

       able to support trainees in their induction year

• monitor and provide additional targeted support for any trainees where there is a cause

       for concern.
